REVEALED : Former worker of Asante Kotoko gives a hint about why the team is struggling to win matches in Kumasi !

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club will hope to claim the maximum points for the first time this campaign when they play Accra Lions in Accra on Monday.

Prosper Narteh Ogum has named a 20-man squad to face Accra Lions on Monday 9th October at the Accra Sports Stadium in the ongoing BetPawa Premier League matchday four (4).

The Porcupine Warriors are without a win after two games and will be seeking to move out from the relegation zone after Monday’s crucial encounter with the Accra-based side, who are yet to lose a game this season.

Kotoko have begun the season poorly with pressure growing on Prosper Ogum to demonstrate a level of progress commensurate with the investment provided this summer.

Interestingly, Augustine Agyapong, Richmond Opoku, Justice Blay and Nicholas Osei Bonsu have bounced back to boost the team.

Other squad members, such as Sheriff Mohammed, Steven Mukwala, George Mfegue and Baba Yahaya, who rescued the team last weekend McTominay are also available for selection.

The game is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. at the Accra Sports Stadium and will be telecasted live on StarTimes TV.
