Black Meteors Take on Guinea U23 in Tangier on Friday : The Black Meteors will leave Rabat to Tangier on Thursday, June 29,2023 where they will play their last group match against Guinea.
The National U23 team will play their Guinean counterparts in the crunch encounter at Ibn Batouta Stadium on Friday, June 30, 2023.
The Ghana U23 team defeated Congo by 3-2 but were given a reality check by host team Morocco who humiliated Ibrahim Tanko’s side by 5-1 on June 27th.
The delegation made up of players, technical staff and officials will leave the Rabat on Thursday morning to prepare for the match.
In Tangier, the team will train at the Stadium Annex GST on Thursday between 8pm – 9pm.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko will address the media between 7:30pm – 7:55pm at the Media Centre of the Stadium.
A win on Friday will see the Black Meteors through to the semi-finals of the competition.
