Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of defender David Oppong Afrane from King Faisal FC after the all the parties reached a final agreement.
The highly-rated center-back can now start playing for the Phobians in the current season.
“Yes we have signed him and he can now start playing for us” , Hearts of Oak board member Alhaji Brimah Akanbi confirmed.
