Ernest Nuamah To Replace Kylian Mbappe at PSG : Things are accelerating at PSG. After the appointment of Luis Enrique as new PSG manager and his first training match at the state-of-the-art center in Poissy, the Parisians won their first preparation match against Le Havre (2-0) before flying off the next day for the tour of Japan.
With a big surprise, the non-convocation of Kylian Mbappé, closer than ever to a departure from the capital.
While waiting to know his future destination (a capital in Spain?) or not, Luis Campos continues to sniff out the good moves on the market and the Portuguese have targeted a gem in the Danish championship.
Nuamah in the sights of PSG
It is none other than L’Équipe who tells us this Sunday morning that the recent French champion are currently targeting Ghana’s Ernest Nuamah, the Nordsjaelland winger.
A first offer would have been refused by the Danish club. Trained at the Right To Dream Academy in Ghana (from which Kamaldeen Sulemana and Mohammed Kudus come), the twirling winger, who can also play center forward, arrived in January 2022 in Europe and has just completed his second season at his club in Denmark.
A season where the young Ghanaian broke everything, scoring 8 goals and 4 assists in 21 games, enough to offer him the award for best player in the championship.
Comfortable with the ball, the 20-year-old forward stands out for his speed, his first touch of the ball and his affection for the one-on-one duel. Under contract until 2026 with Nordsjaelland, the young Ghanaian is valued at 6 million euros on Transfermarkt.
PSG are expected to make an improved offer for the Ghanaian international who is also tracked by Lille and Stade de Reims.
