Amed Toure Set for Bechem United Return : Veteran attacker Amed Toure is set to return to the Ghana Premier League following his acrimonious departure at Medeama SC.
The former Asante Kotoko striker is currently in talks with Bechem United whom he played for in the 2017 season scoring 13 league goals.
The Burkina Faso international has been without a club after leaving Medeama. The former Porcupine Warrior subsequently filed a complaint with FIFA against the Yellow and Mauves over unlawful dismissal.
After hearing the matter , the global soccer body ruled in favor of the former ASEC Mimosas striker as Medeama SC were asked to settle an amount of money due to the player.
“It pains me I took Medeama to FIFA because this is the first time I have taken a Ghanaian club to FIFA. I did not want that to happen but I had no other choice.” , Amed Toure told Kumasi-based Fox FM.
“Right now I am in talks with Bechem United and It is possible for me to come to the Ghana league again to play for the last time before I retire” , the experienced striker added.
