Winger Benjamin York is on loan at Bofoakwa Tano from Hearts of Oak this season.
The two teams do battle on Saturday during Week Three of the Ghana Premier League and the talented attacker is eligible to play against his parent club.
We understand this is the case as Bofoakwa Tano made sure to exclude any clause that prohibited York from lining up against his main employees.
The Sunyani-based side are unbeaten in their two league outings (1 win and 1 draw) whilst Hearts of Oak lost at Real Tamale United before recording their first victory of the season against Nsoatreman FC.
