Abednego Tetteh Debut Brace

Gold Stars Defeat Tamale City with Abednego Tetteh Brace : Bibiani Gold Stars defeated Tamale City by 2-0 during Week 31 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday as striker Abednego Tetteh netted twice.

The former Al – Hilal forward struck in the 47th minute from the spot to put the home team ahead at the Dun’s Park.

Tetteh then realized his brace in the 80th. The goals were his 13th and 14th of the league season as he now joins Hafiz Wontak Konkoni of Bechem United and Sampson Eduku as the top scorers of the league on 14 goals each.

Gold Stars are now 5th on the league standings with 45 points in 31 games played whilst Tamale City drop to 15th position on 39 points.
