Ocloo starts the game with 4-3-3 formation to help the Phobians return to winning ways after losing their Week 10 match at home to Bechem United.
Samuel Inkoom, Rashid Okine, Caleb Amankwaa and Robert Addo start as the four defenders at the back.
Eric Esso, Amakwaa Baafi and Salifu Ibrahim starts in the middle for the Phobians whilst Kwadwo Obeng Junior together with Gideon Asante and Benjamin Yorke starts Up front.
For Tamale city, Sampson Eduku, Isaac Mensah and Mohammed Yahaya are all named in the starting formation of coach Yussif Abubakari.
