Medeama SC have reached the group stage of the 2023/24 CAF Champions League after losing 2-1 at Horoya AC on Saturday.

The champions of Ghana won the first leg of the Second Round tie by 3-1 in Cape Coast last weekend.

Black Stars striker Jonathan Sowah scored from the spot in the 24th minute before in the 2th minute Mandela Ocansey equalized for the home side in the game that was played in Conakry.
