Elvis Herman Hesse Quits Hearts of Oak NCC : Accra Hearts of Oak National Chapters Committee chairman , Mr. Elvis Herman Hesse , will not seek re-election as his mandate expires on Saturday.
His four-year term ends on July 15th , 2023 and Hesse has called time on his chairmanship position.
“I am 95% convinced that I will not seek re-election as NCC chairman.” , he told Oyerepa Radio.
The Ghana Immigration Officer was elected to the chairmanship role of the National Chapters Committee (NCC) of Accra Hearts of Oak Football Club in June 2019.
The young vibrant supporter of the Ghana Premier League side polled 244 votes against his opponent Lawrence Ofosu-Adjare who had 157 votes.
During his time as head of the NCC , the club won the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League , the 2020/21 MTN FA Cup and the 2021/22 MTN FA Cup.
