JUST IN : Joan Laporta wants Neymar back at Barcelona but Xavi has to be convinced !

Under contract until 2027 with PSG, Neymar is being pushed out by the French club.

But the situation is not simple. Al Hilal is a hot topic but Barca are trying their luck to bring the player back for free as Joan Laporta is trying to convince manager Xavi Hernandez.

Neymar’s situation at PSG is not settled. The Parisian club would like to separate from the Brazilian who has a contract that ends in 2027.

The club has made the former FC Barcelona winger understand during an interview with Luis Enrique and Luis Campos as revealed by RMC Sport.

But the exit doors are not so numerous, even if Al Hilal is in the ranks. And Barça takes advantage of the vagueness to give it a try.

Paris will not release Neymar

Given his economic situation, the Catalan club is trying to bring him in for free, trying to take advantage of PSG’s desire to part ways with him.

Neymar would like to return to his former club. But in Paris, it is  explained that PSG will not make the playmaker leave without compensation.

Especially with the Kylian Mbappé file to manage. The French club cannot afford to lose two stars for free, especially with regard to financial play.

Added to this is the fact that Mbappé is currently dismissed from the first team. The striker is training with the reserve side of the and for the moment, PSG remain firm against him : either he extends or he does not play.

Can Paris do without Mbappé or Neymar on the pitch all season?
