Medeama Can Win 2022/23 GPL At Samartex : Medeama SC can win the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League title earliest on Sunday if they are able to defeat Samartex today during Week 33 of the current campaign.
The Yellow and Mauves would have reached 59 points with a win on the road today and they will be winners of the league with a game to spare regardless of the results of the games involving Aduana and Bechem United.
Medeama have already shown that they can be trusted to succeed in tough away games this season following their victories at team such as Asante Kotoko , King Faisal FC and Hearts of Oak.
Meanwhile if Aduana and Bechem United fail to win their Week 33 games on Sunday against Nsoatreman FC and Berekum Chelsea in that order , then a draw at Samartex will be enough for Medeama to become champions of Ghana for the very first time with a game to spare at 57 points after 33 matches.
On the other hand if Medeama are defeated at Samartex and Aduana and Bechem win their matches , the standings after Week 33 would read as : 1. Medeama 56 points , 2. Aduana 55 points and 3. Bechem 54 points.
This would mean , Medeama would need to defeat Tamale City in Tarkwa during Week 34 in order to be champions of Ghana. Any other result could see the title go elsewhere.
