In midfield, Majeed Ashimeru replaces Elisha Owusu to partner Thomas Partey.
The back four of Mohammed Salisu, Abdul Mumin, Tariq Lamptey, and Alidu Seidu remains unchanged as goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi maintains his starting role.
The Niger vs Ghana qualifier kick off at he 16: 00 GMT at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane, Morocco on Monday evening.
