“We should have won with more goals” – Black Queens coach Nora Hauptle shows her ruthless mentality after 3-0 win against Guinea !

Nora Hauptle Wanted to Win With More Goals : The Black Queens of Ghana started their 2024 Olympics Football qualification tournament with a huge victory against Guinea’s national women’s team in Conakry on Friday but Ghana head coach Nora Hauptle was not completely satisfied.

The Black Queens run riot with a 3-0 success. Vivian Adjei Konadu put the Queens ahead in the 19th minutes as she capitalized on a goalkeeping error to smash home the opener.

Evelyn Badu’s incisive pass found Grace Asantewaa who sent a brilliant ball to Jennifer Cudjoe on the right flank. Doris Boaduwaa connected with the resulting cross for the second goal in the 27th minute.

Mary Amponsah deliciously set up Evelyn Badu to put the game game beyond the Guineans – as Ghana made it 3nil in the 72nd minute.

“I think we’ve had a good start in the Olympic qualifiers. We won this game 3-0. We had a stable start and I think in the end the score should have been much higher.

“In the end I’m very satisfied . We are looking forward to travel home to mother Ghana and of course having the second game,” Coach Nora Hauptle said.

The reverse fixture of the Ghana v Guinea game is scheduled to be played on Tuesday, July 18.
