Odotei Sowah Reveals Hearts of Oak’s Ambition : Hearts of Oak board member Vincent Odotei Sowah has rubbished the attacks and criticisms against he and fellow board member Alhaji Brimah Akanbi saying that they have committed no crime and that their naysayers only want to destroy their good relationship with majority shareholder Togbe Afede. 

“Anybody at all can wake up , oh , you are destroying the club. Give evidence ,back it with evidence. What is happening in Hearts of Oak is that people has made themselves like opposition , like politics.” , Odotei Sowah told Oyerepa FM.

“People who are close to the club from afar , just think that it is Odotei and Akanbi who are close to Togbe and so let us destroy them , let’s demonize them and this is the problem of Hearts of Oak.” , the former GFA Presidential Candidate added.

“I never recruit a player when he is not recommended by the technical men , by a coach. I will never do that. It is just politics. What is this thing about Odotei and Akanbi.”

“We don’t talk because believe in the media discourse and the way things are done , you wake up every morning and people are just going on and on about.

Is not the way we want to run the football but people should realize that what we are doing at Hearts of Oak that will be sustainably competitive so that Hearts of Oak will be able to regain it’s strength. We went to Africa and we didn’t do well.” , Odotei Sowah concluded.

For a long time , section of Hearts of Oak supporters have been calling for the exit of the duo from the club but Togbe Afede has consistently demonstrated that he still trusts Odotei and Akanbi as his loyal servants.
