Ohli Rahman on Kotoko’s 2022/23 Performance : Asante Kotoko legend Oli Rahman has revealed that he hardly watches the full duration of matches of his former side due to their bad performance this season.
The Porcupine Warriors won the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League title under head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum but failed to defend their title this year with new manager Seydou Zerbo who was fired on March 27th following a home defeat against Medeama SC.
“Due to the bad performance, it has now become very challenging and uncomfortable for me to watch Asante Kotoko games. I can’t watch until after the end of the game and I will check the results” – Oli Rahman was quoted by Kessben FM.
Kotoko are 4th on the current Ghana Premier League standings on 51 points in 33 games.
Medeama SC and Bechem United are now racing for the league title season. The Yellow and Mauves would become champions of Ghana for the first time if they are able to avoid a defeat at home against Tamale City on Sunday.
