Osimhen and Napoli Can Win Serie A with Salernitana Win : The whole city of Naples is waiting for the coronation of SSC Napoli as winner of the 2022/23 Serie A and that could become a reality with a win over Salernitana on Sunday.

The club of Victor Osimhen can formalize their third Italian championship title in its history if they manage to beat Salernitana and this is thanks to the defeat of Lazio at Inter Milan  (3-1) in the early afternoon.

Napoli have been crowned Italian champions twice, in 1987 and 1990, led at the time by their icon Diego Armando Maradona named after city stadium.

The Azzurri can win the Scudetto today, 33 years later since their last honor.

Meanwhile that game in question is still 0-0 as of the 35th minute.

Napoli lead the Serie A standings with 79 points in 32 matches and a win today will take them to 81 points.

Lazio , defeated this weekend , are second on 61 points in 32 matches played meaning should the latter win all six remaining games , they would still fall short of Oseimhen’s team by two points.
