PSG To Sign Ivorian Midfielder from PSV : The summer transfer window is approaching, and Luis Campos is already working to strengthen the Paris Saint-Germain squad.
The latest news is that the sports advisor is about to complete the arrival of a renowned defensive midfielder.
This is one of Paris Saint-Germain’s priorities at almost every transfer window: finding the ideal defensive midfielder.
Names have been jostling for this position for several seasons, without giving satisfaction. With a view to this summer, Luis Campos has targeted one player in particular and he is Ibrahim Sangaré , the former Ivory Coast CHAN team player.
The PSV Eindhoven player has caught the eyes of the PSG leaders who had already tried to bring him in last year.
Sangare previously played at Toulouse and knows the Ligue 1, and could therefore make his return to the French championship.
According to information from Africa Foot United, Sangaré and Paris Saint-Germain already have an agreement in principle, but the deal is not yet settled.
Indeed, PSV Eindhoven puts pressure on Paris, and makes the capital club understand that if it wants to acquire Sangaré, it must abandon its buyout clause in the Xavi Simons file, also a PSV player.
In such a tense context, the agreement between PSG and PSV seems far from being found regarding Ibrahim Sangaré. The outcome of this soap opera will continue in the coming weeks.
