Match Report: Hagan Frimpong Scores To Salvage A Point Against Samartex

Samartex and Accra Lions Draw : Samartex extend their unbeaten run to three matches after sharing points with Accra Lions in Sogakope.

Samartex resumes the league with a well-deserved point away from home. The away side started the game on a bright note as they broke the deadlock through Ibrahim Giyasu in the 10th minute of the game.

The home side settled and controlled the tempo of the game after conceding. Getting to the end of half time, the hard work and effort of Accra lions paid off with an equalizer through Hagan Frimpong.

In the second half, Accra lions looked dangerous upfront with some incurious to grab the winner but the defence of Samartex were resolute to deny them.
