“If you want to have a say in the club , then come and buy the largest share” – Tamakloe indirectly tells Ernest Thompson

Tamakloe Tackles Ernest Thompson : Hearts of Oak influential board member Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe has implored all Phobian fans who want to have a say in the running of the club to acquire largest share before they can do so.

Dr. Tamakloe , a former President of the Ghana Football Association , responded to comments made by Mr. Thompson regarding the current situation of head coach Slavko Matic.

The former board secretary has reportedly backed the Hearts of Oak supporters who prevented Matic from entering the Pobiman training center on March 4th but Dr. Tamakloe believes Thompson’s comments have the tendency to incite the the fans against the club.

“His statement shows clearly that he has no good intensions for Accra Hearts of Oak and this is unfortunate particularly when he has once been a member of management,” he told the Daily Graphic last Sunday.

“As a limited liability, the club is in the hands of the majority shareholder and until any other member of the club, or a group of people in the club buys the biggest shares and take over the club, they need to respect and appreciate the effort of the current leadership.

“I’d rather prefer that those who want to run the club from afar to quickly organize themselves and buy the largest share to enable them have a say in the club”.
