We will compete for the Ghana Premier League title – Nations FC head coach Kasim Mingle

Nations FC head coach Kasim Mingle has made a bold declaration as the team gets ready to participate in their first ever top-flight league season.

According to the former Bechem United trainer , his team are targeting to win the Ghana Premier League at first attempt.
Only Aduana FC have managed to win the Ghanaian elite league competition in their maiden campaign.

The Premier League newcomers hired the experience coach from Bechem United following his remarkable transformation of the team of Kingsley Owusu Achiaw.

“We are not just going to add up to numbers. We are going to be one of the contenders for the league title” , Kasim Mingle stated on Kumasi-based Fox FM as monitored by Ghanasportsmarket.com on Wednesday.

“So far I am happy and okay with the players I have but you know as a coach , you cannot be fully okay unless the season has started” , he added.

Nations FC open their 2023/24 league season with an away game at Dreams FC before playing in front of their home fans against FC Samartex on Match-day Two. Games against Medeama , Legon Cities , Berekum Chelsea and Kotoko follow.
