Why Kylian Mbappe Refused to Play a Gala Match in Cameroon : The PSG striker, visiting his father’s country of origin, was due to play a friendly match against a Cameroonian second division team on Friday but the gala match was canceled in the last minute over security issues.
The schedule was changed at the last minute. In Cameroon on Thursday, Friday and Saturday , in the country of origin of his father Wilfrid, Kylian Mbappé was due to play a match on Friday afternoon against a second division team, FC Vent d’Etoudi.

This therefore called into question the prospect of playing this game in a stadium where thousands of people would have taken place to watch him evolve against the club of which the former tennis player Yannick Noah is the honorary president.
However the basketball match with Joakim Noah was maintained.
