Odotei Sowah Blasts Annor Walker : Hearts of Oak board member Vincent Odotei Sowah has taken a dig at Great Olympics head coach Annor Walker after the latter allegedly criticized the transfer activity of the Phobians despite the fact that Hearts of Oak have not confirmed the appointment of a substantive head trainer for the upcoming season.
“Look at what Annor Walker is saying that we are recruiting players before hiring a coach. These are the things we should talk about. People just say things without facts. They don’t know what they are even talking about. Everybody just wake up and talk. He Annor Walker does he know what we are doing at Hearts of Oak.” , Odotei Sowah said to Oyerapa FM.
“People are destroying our football and that is why our football is in the state it is. What is happening to our football People bring things that are not logical. Does he know the players we are targeting , does he know who recommended those players.
And because of that there is incompetence is every aspect of the game.” , the former Ghana Football Association Presidential aspirant added.
Walker led the Black Galaxies at the 2023 CHAN tournament in Algeria but the team woefully failed as they were bundled out of the competition after group play.
The veteran trainer left Great Olympics to join Samartex during last season but is an interesting turn of events , Walker has rejoined the Wonder Club and will be in charge for the 2023/24 season.
