Amankwah Mireku Calls for Inaki Williams To Be Dropped from Ghana Team : Hearts of Oak legend Yaw Amankwah Mireku wants technical handlers of the Black Stars of Ghana to drop Athletic Bilbao striker Inaki Williams from the national team because the latter has failed to prove his importance to the Ghanaian team.
Williams has as a matter of fact failed to shine in the Ghana jersey since switching allegiance to the West African nation ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
His consistent Black Stars selection has divided opinion and this is what Mireku thinks :
“Since his debut for Ghana, what has he to show? Absolutely nothing. He is yet to find the back of the net upfront, and other players also deserve a chance to demonstrate their abilities. Inaki needs to be excused from the team because in over nine appearances, he has nothing to show,” he told Happy FM.
