Herman Hesse Arrested : Hearts of Oak supporters chief Elvis Herman Hesse has been arrested by the police following a confrontation with board member Vincent Odotei Sowah at the Accra sports stadium on Sunday.
“NCC chairman has been taken by the police department and hence the press conference won’t come off .Odotei did this” Tweeted by Phobia Bird , an account dedicated to Hearts of Oak news.
The National Chapters Committee chairman who was expected to address the supporters of the club at a press conference this afternoon was arrested by the police moments before the conference was about to start.
It is understood that his pick up by the police is in connection with the heated confrontation with Mr. Odotei at the Accra sports stadium as Hearts of Oak were booted out of the CAF Confederation Cup by AS Real Bamako who advanced with a 3-1 aggregate success.
