Neymar Injured Against Lille : Brazil playmaker Neymar was in tears after suffering an ankle injury during Paris Saint-Germain’s 4-3 win against Lille on Sunday afternoon.
The talented footballer scored the second goal of the match for PSG in the 17th minute after Kylian Mbappe had put the Parisiens ahead six minutes earlier.
The former Barcelona attacker was stretchered off the pitch in the 51st minute after twisting and injuring his ankle during a challenge against an opponent.
After the game PSG manager Christophe Galtier said : “It doesn’t look serious, but we have to do tests.”
Neymar has already been out for 9 days between 25th November 2022 and 4th December 2022 due to a similar ankle problem.
Despite taking a 2-0 lead PSG needed to avoid another defeat as Mbappe and Lionel Messi scored in the 87th and 94th minutes respectively to win the game 4-3 for the home team.
