Chris Hughton on Angola Game : Head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana Chris Hughton has spoken about Ghana’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification games against Angola.
He briefly talked about his upcoming maiden game in charge of the Ghana national men’s football team during his unveiling ceremony at the SG Mall in Kumasi.
“And so to represent Ghana and the Black Stars as the head coach is something that I am incredibly proud of. It is something that I will give everything to make the team as successful as possible.” , Chris Hughton said.
“Its something that I will do to make sure the communication and the relationship that I have with the association , for those around the association and of course the supporters.
To give all of my best. So something I am hugely looking forward to. Very much our game is about support. Like I said support from the association and mostly the support from the huge array of fans that we have and that starts with a very difficult game at Kumasi on Thursday ”
The Match-Day Three qualifier takes place on March 23rd at the Babayara stadium before the reverse match in Luanda four days later.
The Black Stars and the Palancas Negras of Angola are on 4 points each after two matches in Group E.
