Accra Hearts of Oak recorded a 1-0 home victory against Nsoatreman FC on Sunday evening at the Accra sports stadium as Congo striker Kashala Ramos netted the only goal of the game.
Ramos struck in the 4th minute to put the Phobians ahead.
In the 35th minute , Patrick Ofori of the visiting team coached by Maxwell Konadu was sent off for elbowing the Hearts of Oak goal-scorer. Despite the numerical advantage , Hearts of Oak failed to add any more goals as the game ended 1-0 for the first victory of Martin Koopman in the Ghana Premier League.
The Ghanaians giants now travel to Sunyani to take on Bofoakwa Tano during Week Three of the league season.
