Mohammed Kudus Adds More Goals : Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has taken his seasonal tally of goals to eighteen following his strike against Heerenveen on Sunday as FC Ajax won 4-2 on the road.
The Black Stars playmaker has now scored 18 goals and provided 5 assists in 35 matches in all competitions this season. It makes him the most prolific Ghanaian player abroad this season.
Kudus scored in the 10th minute to put Ajax ahead and six minutes later he turned into a provider as he assisted Edson Alvarez to score the second goal for the Dutch giants.
Steven Bergwijn and Kenneth Taylor netted the other two goals as John Heitinga’s side clinched their 16th win of the season for their 55th point.
Meanwhile Feyenoord continue to lead the 2022/23 Eredivisie standings with 58 points in 25 matches played.
The goal was the 11th of the league season for Kudus is the leading top scorer of his team in all competitions this term.
