Salis Abdul Samed Completes Suspension in Toulouse Match : Deiver Machado, Wesley Saïd and Ghana midfielder Salis Abdul Samed will be missing on Tuesday for RC Lens trip to Toulouse, winner of the Coupe de France on Saturday.
The match counts for the 33rd match-day of 2022/23 Ligue 1 season.
RC Lens will thus be deprived of three of its players. Victim of muscle pain of his thigh against Monaco on April 22nd , defender Deiver Machado will not be there against the 2022 winners of the Coupe de France.
“Machado had a small grade 1 (grade 1 muscle injury) against Monaco, he will do part of the session with us this afternoon but without taking any risks” , explained manager Franck Haise on Monday.
“The goal is for him to join the group on Wednesday.
The news is still not good regarding striker Wesley Said (quadriceps).
“The exams are not yet nickels, indicated his coach. We hope to see him again in collective training in the middle of next week. He will still have sessions arranged and a new examination to see where he is.”
Finally, Salis Abdul Samed will serve the second match of his three suspension matches since his red card against Paris SG on April 15th.
