Strasbourg Scouting in Algeria : A delegation from RC Strasbourg Alsace will travel to Algeria next month to supervise some young players across the country with a view to strengthening the ranks of its academy.

Black Stars defender Alexander Djiku is one of the best players of the Ligue 1 side for several seasons.

Algeria is once again attracting the attention of European recruiters. In sight for a few years, the Algerian formation is again at the center of the interest of European clubs.

Motivated by the successes resulting from the Paradou Academy, the visits of managers of European training centers, and in particular French, are increasing in Algeria.

According to DZFoot information, the Racing Club de Strasbourg club (Ligue 1) has scheduled a visit to Algeria next month to supervise some young Algerian talents already spotted by the Alsatian club.

Among the players targeted by the RSCA, we find the young goalkeeper of JS Kabylie, Amayas Boudedja (17 years old). The U17 international was already invited to try out at the Strasbourg facilities last season.

However, the invitation made to the young goalkeeper of the JSK could not be honored for lack of a visa issued by the French Embassy in Algeria. The leaders of the RCSA academy would thus have decided to go to Algeria in order to supervise Boudedja but also other promising elements evolving in Algeria.

This visit was facilitated by a Franco-Algerian licensed agent by the French Football Federation, Yifsin Nouar, who manages the careers of several young Algerian internationals.

“We are coming with the leaders of a Ligue 1 club to supervise young Algerian talents, hoping to be able to target some of them for Europe,” said Yifsin Nouar, who will be part of the Strasbourg delegation which will be visiting Algeria in November.

In addition to JS Kabylie, the delegation will meet the leaders of Paradou AC and intends to visit the facilities of the Academy, which has produced many internationals who are currently playing in the best European championships like Ramy Bensebaini and Youcef Atal.
