Victor Osimhen Scores 23rd goal of the Season : Nigeria international striker Victor Osimhen took his seasonal tally of goals to twenty-three after his brace against Frankfurt on Wednesday.
Napoli won the Round of 16 second leg match by 3-0 to advance to the quarter-finals stage with a 5-0 aggregate success.
The prolific attacker netted in the 45th minute to put his team ahead before the break. In the 55th minute he made it 2-0 before Piotr Zielinski added a third goal of the night for the current Serie A leaders.
The goals means Osimhen has now netted 23 times and provided 5 assists in 28 games this season for the Italian outfit.
