The personal aide of Asante Kotoko interim management committee member James Kwesi Appiah has responded to media reports that Appiah has been appointed as the head coach of the Sudanese national team.
“Kwesi Appiah has been in talks with the Sudanese FA for the job but I can tell you as a matter of fact that he has not signed any contract. They are talking but nothing is agreed as at now.” , Frank Owusu Addo told Ghanasportspage.com.
“He is currently serving as Kotoko IMC member and any decision he will take , he will have to get he blessing of the great Asantehene who brought him on board” , Frank added.
The former Black Stars boss was n charge of the Sudanese side Al Khartoum between 2014 and 2017.
