“We have enjoyed tremendous support under your leadership” – GFA Hails Akufo-Addo on His 80th Birthday

President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, marked his 80th birthday anniversary on Friday, 29th March and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) did not forget to send him a birthday message. 

“Today marks the 80th birthday of the First Gentleman of our nation, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana.

It is indeed an auspicious occasion and we, at the Ghana Football Association, join our Fellow Ghanaians in wishing our President a very Happy 80th Birthday!!

Under your leadership, Your Excellency, our Association has enjoyed tremendous support for our activities related to the national teams. Through our Sector Minister, we have fruitfully engaged with Your Excellency on several occasions and we take this opportunity to thank you for the energy and enthusiastic support you have given to us every time we have called upon you.

We honour you for your long and dedicated service to our nation and pray God’s continuing blessing upon you, our First Lady, Madam Rebecca Akufo Addo, your entire family and the Government and people of the Republic of Ghana.

Happy Happy Birthday, Mr. President!!!!”, the GFA message concluded.
