MTN FA Cup Round of 16 : Aduana Stars – Kotoko is a mouth-watering tie that awaits us on February 26th

MTN FA Cup Round of 16 : Aduana Stars and Asante Kotoko will do battle on February 26th during the MTN FA Cup Round of 16 this weekend.

The Ogya Boys produced a master-class performance to humble Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports stadium as Isaac Mintah netted a second half brace to win the game 2-0 for Aduana.

Kotoko on the other hand avoided a third straight away defeat in the league following their draw at Nsoatreman FC on Saturday as former Hearts of Oak center-back Mohammed Alhassan made his debut for Seydou Zerbo’s side.

The defending league champions thus will be traveling to Dormaa for the second time this season after drawing 0-0 against the Ogya Boys on January 1st.

On Sunday the stakes will surely be high and this promises to be another blockbuster of a match this season.

Whilst Kotoko are the second most successful side in history of the Ghana FA Cup , Aduana Stars have never won the competition.
