Kotoko : Joseph Amoako determined to bounce back after unsuccessful loan spell in Sweden where he was jailed over rape allegation

Joseph Amoako Makes First Public Post After Sweden Ordeal : The Asante Kotoko winger was on loan at Swedish side Helsingborgs IF but things went bad for the talented footballer in the European country. 

Joseph Amaoko joined Swedish side Helsingborgs IF on loan from Kotoko on 12th February , 2022 for a reported transfer fee of 75 000 USD and but the talented youngster spent time in prison in Sweden after he was charged for an alleged rape.

The Ghanaian player was sentenced in December 2022 but after a successful appeal from his camp , he was set free and was able to return to Ghana.

Amoako has started training with his parent club as he looks forward to bounce back from his ordeal abroad.

The player posted a training picture on his Twitter page on Tuesday for the first time since he returned to the country.

“Don’t cry over the past, it’s gone. Don’t stress about the future, it hasn’t arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful”, he wrote.
