Top 10 Ghanaian Players with Most Top 5 Leagues Goals : Anthony Yeboah remains the Ghanaian player with the most goals scored in the biggest European leagues after leaving Europe twenty-years ago. The leagues under question are the English Premier League , the Serie A of Italy , the Bundesliga of Germany , the La Liga of Spain and the Ligue 1 of France. 

Goal machine Yeboah racked up 120 goals in the Premier League and the Bundesliga combined. No Ghanaian player comes close.

The powerful striker left Germany in 2001 for Qatar to end his professional football career in the Gulf.

Aside Yeboah , the active Ghanaian players with the most goals in the biggest European leagues are Andre Ayew and his brother Jordan. The latter netted twice against Leeds United on Sunday as Crystal Palace run riot with a 5-1 success.

The Ghana captain did 68 goals in the top 5 Leagues before going to the Gulf. He is back at Nottingham Forest but he is yet to score.

24 Premier League goals in 47 games for Leeds United

28 Bundesliga goals in 100 matches for Hamburger SV

2.Andre Ayew – 68 goals in 279 games for Marseille, Lorient, Swansea City and West Ham United , Nottingham Forest combined. 

Andre Ayew is second on this list despite not being a typical striker. The breakdown of Andre’s goals in the Top European leagues are as follows :

12 EPL goals in 46 games for Swansea City

9 EPL goals in 43 games for West Ham United
