9 Barcelona Players Get La Liga Team of Season Nominations : FC Barcelona’s brilliant league season has been reflected by its nominations to the Team Of The Season awards. La Liga announced on Monday the 47 candidates to be among the 15 winners, and nine of them are from FC Barcelona.
Dembele, Lewandowski, Raphinha, De Jong, Gavi, Pedri, Balde, Kounde and Ter Stegen all got named.
15 stars of the season
The La Liga Team of The Season will feature one goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders and three strikers, along with four additional players who have also performed outstandingly this season.
The winners will be announced at a later date and will based on a fan vote, votes by the players themselves and the votes of an expert panel.
