Abednego Tetteh Scores a Brace at Karela : Bibiani Gold Stars were defeated at Karela United on Sunday during Week 33 of the Ghana Premier League but striker Abednego Tetteh scored a brace for his losing side.

The lethal striker has now scored 18 goals as leader of goals of the current Ghanaian championship.

The former Hearts of Oak attacker is in a pole position to win his maiden top scorer award.

Tetteh who has also played professional football in Sudan and India missed out on the Goal King gong in the 2016 season as his 13 goals for Bechem United were not enough.

Latif Blessing of Liberty Professionals won the top scorer award with 17 goals of that season and now Tetteh is just one game away from making sure he is leading scorer of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.

Tetteh’s goals have been crucial for Gold Stars who respectably sit 5th on the league table after Week 33.
