Kotoku Royals Conquer Bechem United : Akyem Kotoku Royals recorded an emphatic 3-1 victory against Bechem United during Match-Week 21 of the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League as Richard Dzikoe netted a brace.
The Premier League debutants were too strong for their visitors at the Theatre of Dreams Park in Dawu.
Richard Dzikoe netted in the 17th minute to put the home team ahead , Collins Cudjoe made it 2-0 in the 23rd as Kotoku Royals went into the break with a strong 2-0 lead.
In the second half Kofi Agbesimah converted a 57th minute penalty to bring the game to a 2-1 scoreline but Royals goal machine Dzikoe struck again at stoppage time to win it 3-1 for his side.
Despite the win the Akyem Royals are still bottom of the league table with 17 points in 21 games whilst Bechem are 3rd with their 33 points.
