Kwasi Appiah Reveals Kotoko Target: Head of sporting affairs at Asante Kotoko, James Kwasi Appiah, has revealed the team’s ultimate ambition in the 2024/25 season.
Appiah, who is a former player and coach of the Reds, and currently an IMC member of the Porcupine Warriors says Ogum’s side would want to delight life patron Otumfour Osei Tutu II by annexing the Ghana Premier League.
That success would see Kotoko play in the CAF Champions League again since their preliminary round elimination against RC Kadiogo of Burkina Faso couple of seasons ago.
Sudan head coach Kwasi Appiah said:
“I believe it would be an honor to win the league and qualify for Africa next season to make him (Otumfuor) happy. So far, we are playing very well, and by God’s help, I feel that if we continue fighting, we will automatically win the GPL title.”
