Full Time : Medeama 1 Gold Stars 0 : Yellow and Mauves move to 3rd on 40 points as winning streak starts under Adotey

Medeama 1 Gold Stars 0 Match Report on March 30th : Medeama SC defeated Bibiani Gold Stars by 1-0  on Thursday morning in a Week 24 betPawa Ghana Premier League match that was completed in two days.

The mid-week encounter was rained-off on Wednesday following the heavy downpour in Tarkwa. The first half ended 0-0 but the second period could not be started and completed.

The home team scored the only goal of the game in the 69th minute thanks to captain Vincent Atingah at the Akoon Park today and now go third on the league standings with 40 points taken from 24 games played.

Aduana FC are still top of the table with their 41 points in 24 games contested whilst Bechem United who defeated Dreams FC yesterday are second with 40 points.

Medeama continue their good run of form following their 2-0 masterclass against Asante Kotoko in Kumasi during Week 23 as Augustine Evans Adotey appears to have brought some midas touch to the Yellow and Mauves.

Meanwhile the title race is blown wide open now as the top three teams have at least 40 points taken so far.
