Black Galaxies Beat Legon Cities

Black Galaxies Beat Legon Cities : The Black Galaxies of Ghana recorded another friendly victory by defeating Premier League side Legon Cities on Thursday at the Ghanaman Center of Excellence. 

The Black Galaxies won by 2-0 with first half goals from Sylvester Simba and Evans Osei Wusu.

Hearts of Oak attacker Afriyie Barnieh started the match before Annor Walker took him off in the 73rd minute. Barnieh did not play any minutes at the 2022 FIFA World Cup for the Black Stars.

In goal , goalkeepers Stephen Kwaku and William Essu played the first and second halves respectively as Danlad Ibrahim watched on from the stands.

Ghana will leave Accra for Egypt next week to continue preparations for the 2022 African Nations Championship that kicks off in Algeria in January 2023.
