Partey’s Arsenal Manager Arteta Wins EPL Award : Thomas Partey’s Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been named the Premier League Manager of the Month for March 2023.
It is the fourth time the former Manchester City assistant manager to Pep Guardiola has won the award this season after the ones in August 2022 , November/December 2022 and January 2023.
Arsenal recorded four wins and scored 14 times in the said month and the team of Partey were undefeated.
Arteta won the award beating off competition from his former boss at City Pep Guardiola, Unai Emery and Roberto De Zerbi.
Liverpool manager Klopp won record five manager of the month awards in the 2019/20 season that saw the Reds win their first ever league title in 30 years. Arteta is now just one monthly award from equaling Klopp’s record.
