Hafiz Wontah Konkoni becomes joint-top scorer of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League with brace at Tamale City

2022/23 GPL Goal King Race : Wontah Konkoni nets 10th goal of the season as he joins Mezack at the top of the chart

Hafiz Wontah Konkoni Becomes GPL Joint Top Scorer : Bechem United striker Hafiz Wontah Konkoni has netted twice for the Hunters as they currently lead Tamale City by 2-0 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale on Saturday.

The visiting team are proving too strong for theirs hosts as Wontah scored in the 13th and 19th minutes to put Bechem in a comfortable lead.

The brace of Wontah means he is joint top scorer of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League on 12 goals alongside Berekum Chelsea’s Mezack Afriyie.

The first half of the game ended 0-0 in Tamale.
