“We’ve lost to Hearts of Oak but we will beat Kotoko on Wednesday ” – Tamale City’s Baah Nuako declares

Baah Nuako Warns Kotoko : Tamale City defender Samuel Baah Nuako says his team will do everything possible to defeat Asante Kotoko on Wednesday.

Tamale City were beaten by Hearts of Oak by 3-2 on Saturday afternoon in a five-goal thriller at the Cape Coast Sports stadium.

Caleb Amankwah left it late to snatch the match winner for the Phobians with a superb volley from range six minutes from time.

Baah Nuako , voted Most Valuable Player of the match , made the declaration during the post match interview.

“We have lost to Hearts of Oak. It was unfortunate that we lost but we will beat Kotoko on Wednesday.” the center-back declared.

City are now 17th placed on the league standings with 10 points collected in 11 games and the home game against the Porcupine Warriors is another difficult test for the newcomers.
