Dreams FC imposed a 2-1 defeat against Milo FC of Guinea on Sunday evening during the second leg of their CAF Confederation Cup First Round second leg.
The first leg ended 1-1 in Guinea last weekend.
The away side drew the first blood in the 13th minute at the Accra sports stadium through S. Bangoura but experienced attacker Antwi left it late to spoil the evening of the opponents with two quickfire goals in the 83rd and 87th minutes.
Dreams won the 2023 Ghana MTN FA Cup and are in Africa for the first time ever in their young history.
The team coached by Karim Zito will now meet Kallon FC of Sierra Leone in the next round.
