Controversial Caleb Amankwah Winner Against Kotoku Royals : Head coach of Kotoku Royals John Eduafo reportedly endorsed Caleb Amankwah’s 96th minute winner for Hearts of Oak against the league debutants during a Week 22 Ghana Premier League encounter on Sunday but the Administrator of the official Twitter page of Royals disagrees with Eduafo.

“ The strategy was to keep the ball from Accra Hearts of Oak and that’s what we did till the last minute, and let me say there was nothing wrong with the goal. It was a good and perfect goal.” , Eduafo was quoted by GTV Sports Plus.

However the administrator of the Akyem Kotoku Royals Rush FC official Twitter page disagrees with Eduafo.

When a user drew the administrator’s attention to the fact that Royals head coach Eduafo has already endorsed the goal as reported by GTV Sports Plus , the administrator responded  :  “The evidence is clear!”.

When others asked him about the offside line drawn and the position of the assistant referee in the image shown below , the Kotoku Royals Twitter administrator replied :

“Do you even need lines to see this? Maybe his positioning was deliberate. Who knows?”.
