” My interest in Hearts of Oak has drastically reduced” – Mohammed Polo

Mohammed Polo on Current State of Hearts of Oak : Hearts of Oak legend Mohammed Polo says his interest in the club has dwindled in the past few seasons due to the significant drop of the quality of football played by the Phobians.

“I do watch them play sometimes but not all the time because my interest in the team has really come down.” , Polo said on Fox FM.

“Anytime I watch them , I ask myself what is happening to the club that we sacrificed so much for. I am always sad when I watch Hearts of Oak games these days. You sometimes wonder what the players are doing on the pitch.

But the issue is I cannot stop watching them entirely because football is my job and passion but it is very discouraging to see them play.” , the Dribbling Magician added.

The former Ghana international however believes all Hearts of Oak stakeholders must come together in order to bring the club back to where they belong.

“I feel there should a solution to the Hearts of Oak problems and we must all come together. One person cannot solve the issues at the club. I mean the management , the board members , the coaches , the supporters of the club.

Even if you cannot offer anything significant , you can say your opinion. Right now there is social media ad you can say it in a way to help. I am talking about constructive criticism. That is what I mean.” , he added.
