Ibrahim Salifu of Hearts of Oak was expected to join Nsoatreman FC on loan during the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season as reported by Ghanasportspage.com.
The transfer failed to happen over salary issues. Hearts of Oak were willing to let their midfielder join their Premier League rivals but the move collapsed.
Ibrahim , voted the most valuable player of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season , is currently on a salary of 6 000 GHC at Hearts of Oak but the Nsoatre-based side said they cannot afford this wage demand.
Secondly the former Eleven Wonders playmaker rejected the transfer as he wants to stay and compete for a first team place under new manager Martin Koopman.
